Summary of LifeCare Planning Services

We specialize in spinal cord injuries, neurological, orthopedic and rehabilitation nursing management issues. No travel limitations exist in this segment of our business, though extra costs would be associated with travel to observe a client or provide testimony outside of the Greater Delaware Valley.

During the preparation of a LifeCare Plan, we will:

  • Review and analyze the medical-surgical history and current condition of the client.
  • Evaluate the client's past, present and projected physical, emotional, vocational and functional condition and needs.
  • Assess the client's current living and care arrangements and concerns.
  • Identify the tangible "costs" of the illness/injury related to medical, surgical and nursing care, therapy, equipment, supplies, medications, home modifications, vocational evaluation, retraining and placement, child care, etc. - as well as the intangibles that can be measured only by evaluating the impact on the individual and the family unit.
  • Recommend alternative and optimal care arrangements for the client.
  • Provide you, the client's attorney, with a comprehensive written LifeCare Plan and provide trial testimony in support of the LifeCare Plan, including all projected costs for care and rehabilitation.
