| Lorraine Buchanan started Independent Allied Health Consultants as an innovative sole proprietorship in March,
1991 to offer clinically competent legal nurse consulting services. Utilizing her
extensive education and experience in Rehabilitation Nursing and spinal cord injury care -
as well as the basic nursing functions of observation and documentation - these services
became focused into two distinct areas: LifeCare Planning and the Documentation of
Medical Examinations.
